Emergency First Aid at Work

It is estimated that 1.8 million of us have suffered from a non-fatal accident or illness at work. The competent and timely administration of first aid can make a life changing difference. In an article by the Red Cross they outline that after a cardiac arrest, every minute without CPR and defibrillation reduces the chance of survival by up to 10%. An alarming fact. First aid at work is important not just for life or death situations but for a wide range of reasons - for both employees and employers.
