As well as providing jobs and contributing to the economy, hospitality plays a vital role at the heart of communities up and down the country, giving a welcoming space for people to come together.

Level 2 Customer Service is suitable for anyone who would like to work in a customer service role or improve on their skills, at all levels of employment. This includes employees who deal directly with customers face-to-face, over the telephone or by e-mail. From the basic principles of customer service to understanding and anticipating customers’ wants and needs, the course breaks information down into engaging and interactive chunks.
