Employability Programme – Into Security Work

This intensive two-week programme helps candidates gain essential qualifications. 
Build confidence and transition directly into employment. Employers are offering 20 jobs with guaranteed interviews.
Programme Overview & Qualifications Included:
• Level 2 Award for Door Supervisors in the Private Security Industry (SIA Badge requirement)
• Highfield Level 2 Award in Health and Safety within the Workplace (RQF)
• Level 3 Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW)
• Practical work experience in a security environment and interview technique support.
• Support to build confidence and use digital devices, email, and internet platforms independently. Information Sessions:

We are hosting information sessions for prospective candidates at our Wolverhampton centre:
• Thursday, 26^th November 2026 at 11:00 am
• Friday, 11th December 2026 at 1:00 pm

To be eligible for funding, candidates must:

• Be at least 19 years old before August 2027 • Live within the Wolverhampton and Black Country catchment area • Earn under £36,126  if employed or self-employed (payslip evidence required at enrolment) • Have not signed up for or completed another government-funded employability programme with any provider If the candidate is a non-British National, they must also have lived in the UK for at least 1 year • Not be on a student visa, graduate visa, or dependent visa• Be eligible to access public funds and have the right to work in the UK.
