Who are we?

Job Change has a proud history of supporting local people into work for over 30 years.  We specialise in providing a variety of training courses and support to help local people to become work ready and help them to progress into learning, training or work.

Through our dedicated and experienced team we have supported many people into work.  However, for most, it hasn’t been as simple as getting a job.  Along that route for many, we have helped them with basic skills, we have helped them combat low self-esteem, we have assisted where social or health issues could have impaired their opportunity.  We have worked with specialist agencies, delivered services right into the heart of the community and spent more time when needed with individuals to solve problems and achieve ambition

30 years later, we still help people to get trained, apply for jobs, secure work and help people realise their ambitions.

Our Mission

To provide high quality job search resources, guidance, advice and training for job seekers in West Midlands by:

• Offering opportunities and skills for personal development

• Providing a friendly and informal atmosphere

• Enabling people to constructively help themselves and each other to access employment or other opportunities

• Maintaining their self esteem during periods of unemployment and career changes

Jobchange hold a sub-contract to deliver the National Careers Service in the Black Country.
