The aim of a Disclosure and Barring Service Check (DBS) is to help employers make safer recruitment decisions by identifying candidates who may not be suitable for certain job roles. This replaced the Criminal Records Bureau (CRB) and Independent Safeguarding Authority (ISA).
In some cases, employers will ask applicants to cover the cost of a DBS check prior to gaining a job role. This is where we Jobchange are able to step in!

- Living in the West Midlands
- Have a Job offer in writing

- Longer than 4 weeks
