The main responsibility of an adviser is guiding customers towards making an informed career decision. You will be supporting customers in understanding what their values, skills or abilities are and what career suits them best.

Skills required:

  • Level 3 or 4 Advice and Guidance Qualification

Trainer- hours to be agreed

A Trainer’s responsibility typically involves the fundamentals of teaching, such as subject knowledge, communications skills and good energy levels. Roles may require the development of assessment programmes, including paper-based examinations, one-to-one assessments and electronic/online training and testing modules or programmes

  • Having good interpersonal skills.
  • Being organised and methodical.
  •  Having excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  •  Being tactful and patient.
  • Having time management skills.
  • Being able to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Essential requirements:
  • PTLLS qualification
  • Health and Safety Qualification
  • Full, clean driving licence

 

Personal Assistant- Full time

As a personal assistant (PA) you will work closely with senior managerial or directorial staff to provide administrative support, usually on a one-to-one basis. You will help a manager to make the best use of their time by dealing with secretarial and administrative tasks.

Skills required:

  • Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing;
  • Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate;
  • Organising and maintaining diaries and making appointments;
  • Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the manager;
  • Carrying out background research and presenting findings;
  • Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations;
  • Organising and attending meetings and ensuring the manager is well prepared for meetings;
  • Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff.
