SCHOOLS OUT FOR SUMMER! Oh, to be young and have 6 weeks off during the summer season to do whatever you please (that is safe and within reason!). Blists Hills Victorian Town, Coalbrookdale

Experience life without iPads, phones and ‘In the Night Garden’… trust us, it’s a lot more fun than it sounds. Blists Hills is a small town which gives children an (almost) real life insight into Victorian times. Educational and fun! Also, Ironbridge has many other attractions and restaurants for a great day out!

Bridgnorth Cliff Railway

This unique railway system has been transporting people from High Town to Low Town for over 100 years. With beautiful views, walks and restaurants around Bridgnorth, a fantastic day out for the family.

Wolverhampton Art Gallery, Wolverhampton Town Centre

If you or your children are into Dinosaurs, Wolverhampton Art Gallery have a ‘Dinosaur Art’ exhibition, merging science and art from four extremely talented Palaeoartists. Also, if your child is really passionate, there is a Dinosaur school (for children ages 7-11) running 31st July – 4th August.

Royal Air Force Museum, Cosford
